Terracotta Rimmed Pot Large

Large classic terracotta pot with delicately curved contours and a wide rim to allow easier moving. Ideal for statement planting on patios and terraces or beside entranceways.

Made in Yorkshire from 100% locally sourced clay and etched with Yorkshire Flowerpots branding to highlight their provenance. Supplied with a drainage hole.

These superb pots are high-temperature fired for up to five days, rendering them not just frost resistant but guaranteed frost proof. Independently freeze/thaw tested to -15°C, they’re more than a match for the rigours of a British winter.

Please note: due to the nature of the clay used, lime bloom and salts will gradually appear as natural efflorescence on the outside of the pot. This is in keeping with the character of natural terracotta and will not affect the longevity of the pot.

NB – If you find the drainage hole not fully drilled through, it can be knocked through with a screwdriver or small piece of wood.
